If you don’t follow Michigan recruiting, we are sorry that you have been missing out as of late. For those that do follow Michigan football recruiting, you are likely very aware of one of the Wolverines’ top 2024 targets: Aaron Chiles. Chiles is currently favored to end up in the Maize and Blue all said and done, and recently, he listed his five official visits — Michigan will get the final official visit for the major 2024 linebacker recruit.

According to 247 Sports and On3, Aaron Chiles is expected to commit to Michigan football by the end of his recruitment. Still, there is a good amount of time between now and his commitment, and it is important that Jim Harbaugh and his Wolverines continue to keep up their notable lead on the recruiting trail. Chiles, a major 2024 linebacker recruit, is rated as a four-star recruit by all four major recruiting outlets. Additionally, he is ranked as the No. 120 player in the country, the No. 10 linebacker in his class, and the No. 1 player in the state of Maryland.

For Michigan football, Chiles is a top priority target — he could boost what is already a top 3 2024 recruiting class and make an impressive addition on the defensive side of the football. Chiles has four crystal balls thus far — all for Michigan football — and is given a 93.6% chance to commit to the Wolverines by On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine.

On June 26th, Chiles will take his final official visit — it will be to Ann Arbor, and could be a major day for Jim Harbaugh’s staff is he ends up committing.
