Throughout the week, many former Wolverines have been showing out at events like the Senior Bowl in hopes of raising their draft stock ahead of this year’s NFL Draft in April. Former Michigan center Olu Oluwatimi is a prime example of this, as he has impressed scouts to this point.

Olu Oluwatimi dominates as Senior Bowl practices

So far, many clips have emerged of Olu dominating the offensive line in the run game and in pass protection. Michigan football fans expected this, but it is nice to see Oluwatimi dominating for the nation (and pro scouts) to see. Here are a few of Olu’s best moments thus far.

Run blocking

When you’re as big as Olu, run blocking comes easy. While he is known as a better pass blocker than anything, Oluwatimi had a solid performance while run blocking as well.

We know it isn’t from the Senior Bowl, but wanted to throw this gem in here as well.

Pass blocking

Pass protection is Olu’s specialty, and he had it on full display at the Senior Bowl practices. Throughout Michigan’s 2022 season, Oluwatimi saw 346 pass protection snaps and allowed zero sacks — he went on to win the Rimington Award (best center) and the Outland Trophy (best interior offensive lineman) for his performance a season ago.
