Michigan Stadium is the biggest of its kind in the western hemisphere, and it’s never held a concert, until this fall. On Saturday, Sept. 27, country star Zach Bryan will headline the first-ever concert at the Big House, he jointly announced with Michigan’s athletic department Wednesday.

John Mayer, Ryan Bingham and The Texas Gentlemen and Joshua Slone will also be performing on the history-making night. Tickets are set to go on-sale on Friday at 10 a.m. via AXS.

“We are excited to have award-winning artist Zach Bryan perform the very first concert at Michigan Stadium,” U-M athletic director Warde Manuel said in Wednesday’s announcement. Michigan football doesn’t have a home game from Sept. 13 – Oct. 4, and it’s off from game action on the week of the concert.

Michigan stadium has an official capacity of 107,601, though it housed 115,109 fans for a 2013 night-game against Notre Dame. Depending on the seating arrangements, it could be one of the biggest shows the country has ever seen.
