Yesterday night, future Michigan football quarterback Jadyn Davis, a four-star commit in Jim Harbaugh’s 2024 recruiting class, dazzled the nation yet again. Since beginning his 2023 season, Davis has been turning heads; last night, another impressive performance once again shows that Davis is five-star material and that the future of the program is in good hands.

When Jadyn Davis takes the field, all Michigan football fans take note. In 2024, the Wolverines may be without JJ McCarthy, who will be able to go to the NFL Draft after the coming season. Davis, a member of the 2024 recruiting class, will be on campus by then and could see starting reps as a freshman — this remains to be seen, though. Yesterday, Davis dazzled everyone again, posting yet another impressive performance.

All said and done, Jadyn Davis finished 19/26 passing (73% completion) with 264 yards, three touchdowns, and another win — an impressive stat line, to say the least. It’s also worth noting that his school — Providence Day (NC) — won 42-7 on Friday.

Through three games of the 2023 high school football season, the Michigan football commit is now 59/80 passing for over 1,000 yards and 11 touchdowns, no interceptions, and his team has a 3-0 record. Right now, there is a strong case for Jadyn Davis to regain his five-star status — which he lost over the summer — before National Singing Day hits next year.
