Today’s Michigan football injury report for the Wolverines’ Big Ten opener against Rutgers was just released, and it features some notable names. As we have seen in previous weeks, players like Rod Moore and Will Johnson remain questionable for today’s bout; additionally, new faces such as Alex Orji and Mason Graham have appeared. Here are the 10 Wolverines that are either out or questionable to see action during Michigan’s first conference game of the 2023 season.
Michigan football injury report vs. Rutgers
Today’s Michigan football injury report is turning some heads, featuring some old faces — such as Rod Moore, Will Johnson, Amorion Walker, and others — as well as some new. Perhaps most notably, Michigan will be without star defensive tackle Mason Graham during today’s game against Rutgers.
Additionally, backup quarterback/athlete Alex Orji will be sidelined, per the injury report. This is also a new development for the Wolverines, who are yet to name a true backup QB behind JJ McCarthy.
Four Wolverines are OUT

- CJ Stokes
- Alex Orji
Another six remain QUESTIONABLE
