Jamar Browder practices with the Santaluces Community High School Chiefs Friday morning as the varsity boys football team readies for the upcoming season on August 2, 2024, in unincorporated Palm Beach County, Fla.

Michigan football has been busy in the late stages of recruiting so far this season. Steve Lorenz of 247Sports gave a crystal ball prediction that has 2025 three-star WR Jamar Browder flipping from NC State to Michigan.

Future Flip?

Browder (Santaluces Community, Lake Worth, FL) stands at nearly 6-foot-4 and weighs over 200 pounds. A receiver with a large frame is something the Wolverines lack, and they could use all the help they can get at that position. The Michigan passing game has held the offense back in almost every game this season. Although most problems lie with the quarterback, the receiver room could use an upgrade too.

Browder is ranked as the No. 80 wide out in Florida and No. 104 in the country. As a junior, Browder caught 39 balls for 730 yards and 14 touchdowns. Browder committed to NC State in June. He chose the Wolfpack over Michigan, Kentucky, Missouri, Appalachian State and more. Browder visited Kentucky on Oct. 5 and Missouri on Oct. 10. He is set to visit Ann Arbor on Nov. 1.
