The busy off-season continues! The Michigan football team just returned to Ann Arbor after their trip around the northeast, but they’re still going strong. The Wolverines are now set to attend yet another NIL event, the second annual “Wolverine Weekend” hosted by Grand Traverse Resort and Spa.

Michigan football stars will make an appearance at the annual event

While it’s already been a busy off-season for the Wolverine football players, they aren’t slowing down yet. They’ll have the pleasure of attending another NIL event in about a month or so, the second annual “Wolverine Weekend,” in early June. The event is slated to take place from June 9-11 and will include Michigan football stars like running back Donovan Edwards and defensive back Will Johnson making an appearance.

As if those players making appearances weren’t incentive enough to attend, several activities will be available throughout the weekend. Starting on Friday, the event will kick off with a Happy Hour from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on June 9, featuring the one and only Woodson Whiskey. While attendees sip their whiskey, there will also be numerous hors d’oeuvres available. The Happy Hour will require an additional ticket that can be bought in person or in advance.

The event will include many other special treats, including a three-course dinner and a meet-and-greet with multiple Michigan Wolverine legends Saturday night. The list of guest attendees includes running back Donovan Edwards, defensive back Will Johnson, former quarterback Devin Gardner and award-winning author John U. Bacon.

Overall, the event is surely bound to scream Maize and Blue. Anyone who would like to attend and see everything the resort offers can get more information regarding tickets here.
