Jordan Marshall is arguably the top Michigan football commit in Jim Harbaugh’s impressive 2024 recruiting class. Recently, ON3 released its updated 2024 rankings, and Marshall saw a massive 45-spot jump, placing him just outside the top 30 nationally.
Top Michigan football commit jumps just outside of top 30 in newest rankings
One of Michigan’s first major victories in the 2024 recruiting class was securing the commitment of four-star running back Jordan Marshall, who is a highly-ranked recruit in Ohio and a prime target for the Buckeyes. Jim Harbaugh’s ability to beat Ryan Day on the recruiting trail for a top in-state prospect appeared to be another significant turning point in the Michigan-Ohio State rivalry.
The ON3 Network recently updated its 2024 recruiting class rankings, positioning Jordan Marshall among the nation’s top recruits and as the No. 1 commit in Michigan’s impressive 25-member class. According to this new update, Marshall jumped from No. 76 nationally to No. 31, an impressive rise of 45 spots for this talented Wolverine commit as he enters his senior season of high school football.
While this is a remarkable achievement for Marshall, it is worth noting that these new rankings do not include any other Michigan football commits in the top 100. This is something that many young Maize and Blue commits will be aiming to change in the upcoming months before signing with Jim Harbaugh and his team in early 2024.
According to ON3’s new rankings, Jordan Marshall is a four-star running back, ranked as the No. 31 player in the nation, the No. 2 running back in his class, and the No. 2 player in the state of Ohio.
