Heading into the weekend, on Friday night, 2024 Michigan football commit Jordan Marshall, an elite running back and top recruiting win for Jim Harbaugh, broke a major school record. Marshall, who has now rushed for over 100 yards and scored a touchdown in each of his first seven high school games this fall, is now the proud owner of Archbishop Moeller’s (OH) all-time rushing yards record.

On Friday night, Jordan Marshall went over for 117 yards and three touchdowns on 22 attempts. It’s worth noting that Marshall also threw a 46-yard touchdown pass over the weekend, which is pretty cool to see for Michigan football fans.

On the season, Marshall is up to 889 yards and 12 touchdowns on 138 carries — he has another 134 yards and three touchdowns and three touchdowns through the air. Marshall broke his school’s career rushing record (over 4,100 yards) Friday night against Cincinnati Elder.

Jordan Marshall is currently a four-star back, ranking as the No. 31 player in the nation, the No. 2 player in Ohio, and the No. 2 running back in the nation. Per the On3 rankings, Marshall is Michigan’s No. 1 commit in the 2024 recruiting class, and he is undoubtedly a top commit to know for Wolverines fans.
