Michigan football is getting an offensive overhaul in 2024. After gaining the commitment of five-star quarterback Jadyn Davis, Michigan has thrived in the 2024 recruiting class. Jim Harbaugh currently holds the No. 2 recruiting class in college football and continues to land major blue-chip recruits. Today, four-star wide receiver I’Marion Stewart announced that he will join Michigan football for the 2024 season.

Blake Corum, Donovan Edwards, and J.J. McCarthy are all eligible for the NFL draft after the upcoming season and could hand over the keys to the Michigan football offense to a new generation of Wolverines.

Jim Harbaugh has been hard at work addressing the offensive needs of the future in the 2024 recruiting class. Just today, Michigan football landed the second wide receiver of the 2024 recruiting class with I’marion Stewart announcing his commitment.

Stewart played football at Kenwood Academy in Chicago, IL. He is currently ranked No. 27 among wide receivers and holds a composite four-star ranking from 247 Sports.

How Stewart will fit in with the 2024 Michigan offense

Jadyn Davis will join Michigan football with lots of new weapons at his disposal. In addition to Stewart, Davis will be joined by four-star tight ends Brady Prieskorn and Hogan Hansen. Also joining Davis will be wide receiver and high school teammate Channing Goodwin.

In 2024, Michigan’s receiver room will look very different. Cornelius Johnson will run out of eligibility after the 2023 season, and while Roman Wilson could hypothetically return for 2024, a breakout season could send him off to the NFL. With so much roster turnover, Stewart could find himself competing for a starting spot alongside receivers Darius Clemons and Tyler Morris.
