Today, more rumors started flying surrounding former Wolverine staffer Connor Stalions, who is at the center of Michigan’s alleged sign-stealing scandal. This afternoon, new reports started flying around social media, linking Michigan football star running back Blake Corum to a Wyoming-based business with Stalions, which revolves around vacuum cleaners. This evening, we had a chance to catch up with Corum at Schembechler Hall, where he denied knowledge of the business and explained that his legal team was looking into everything ahead of this week’s game at Penn State.

Blake Corum is gearing up for a massive bout this weekend, which pits his No. 3 Michigan football team against the No. 10 Penn State Nittany Lions. With more drama stirring up revolving around former staff member Connor Stalions, Corum took some time this evening to address what is going on.

“I know exactly what you’re talking about,” Michigan football running back Blake Corum said this evening when asked about the reports that he and Stalions were in business together. “My first time hearing it was when I went out to practice (on Tuesday). First of all, I have no business with him. I don’t have any business with Connor (Stalions) or anything like that. But I’m glad whoever found it, whoever was searching the web, was able to find that. I appreciate you. My attorneys are on it. We’ll definitely get that figured out right away and give my name taken off, or whatever it is.

“… That’s something I’m not really into,” Corum added. “Vacuums aren’t my thing. I’m a clean person, but I’m not a cleaner. Vacuums aren’t my thing. I don’t know anything about that.”

Blake Corum and the Wolverines ready for test against 10th-ranked Penn State

As the investigations in Connor Stalions and Michigan football continue, the Wolverines area gearing up for their biggest game of the 2023 season: a road trip to Penn State. While the Nittany Lions are barely in the top 10 right now, coming in at No. 10 in the CFP rankings, they are coming off of a 51-15 win over Maryland and have been looking solid all year long.

Needless to say, Blake Corum and the Wolverines are not taking Penn State lightly, even with all of the noise that surrounds the program right now.
