More buzz surrounding No. 1 Michigan football commit

On Friday night, for the second time this year, four-star running back Jordan Marshall took the field — Marshall is the No. 1 Michigan football commit in the 2024 recruiting class (according to the Industry Rankings). He went for over 165 yards and scored a few touchdowns the weekend before, and once again, he impressed on Friday night.

No. 1 Michigan football commit stirring up even more buzz

Jordan Marshall, an elite running back committed to Michigan football from the state of Ohio, stands out as one of the top players in Jim Harbaugh’s 2024 recruiting class. With the frame and talent that he possesses, Marshall has the potential to be an elite player for the Wolverines, and he continued to turn heads last Friday night.

In his second game of the 2023 high school football season, Jordan Marshall once again showcased his skills. This time, he carried the ball four times for 102 yards, averaging 25.5 yards per carry, and scored a touchdown in his team’s impressive 57-0 victory. The halftime score was 42-0.

According to the On3 rankings, Jordan Marshall, the No. 1 Michigan football commit in the 2024 cycle, has the potential to achieve a five-star rating by the end of this year. Currently, he is listed as a four-star Ohio running back, ranked as the No. 31 player in the nation, the No. 2 running back in the 2024 recruiting class, and the No. 2 player in the state of Ohio.

While Jadyn Davis holds the top spot among Michigan football commits, according to 247, other sources currently place Jordan Marshall at No. 1.
