Today, Colston Loveland, a rising sophomore star tight end for Michigan football, signed a new NIL deal facilitated by the Valiant Management Group. According to a recent announcement, Loveland has secured a deal to produce a limited lineup of trading cards using his NIL rights, which will be available through The M Den. These cards are already on sale.

Michigan football star Coltson Loveland announces new NIL deal

NIL deals have become a prominent aspect of college football, with some individuals fully supporting them while others oppose them. Nevertheless, it is clear that NIL is here to stay, and student-athletes are starting to earn money from their image.

The most recent Michigan football player to sign an NIL deal is Colston Loveland, a standout for the Wolverines. Loveland has granted his NIL rights to The M Den, which will sell limited-edition trading cards featuring his image and signature. These cards are priced at $50 each and are currently available on The M Den’s website. In addition to Loveland, other star players from Michigan football, including Junior Colson, Roman Wilson, and a few others, have similar deals offering signed trading cards of their own.

Loveland gearing up for big year in the Maize and Blue this fall

Last fall, due to injuries to the Wolverines’ top two tight ends, Colston Loveland, then a true freshman, assumed a much larger role than expected.

Despite facing adversity and unfavorable circumstances, he excelled and found a new place within the Michigan football program. This year, alongside new transfer portal addition AJ Barner, Loveland aims to shine once again, contributing to his team’s pursuit of another Big Ten title and more success.
