Sometime this week, the Wolverines’ 2024 class could very well overtake Ohio State’s class for the No. 1 spot in the country. Today, Michigan’s recruiting class landed another major commitment; this time, it was from in-state 4-star tight end Brady Priekson. This new commit is Michigan’s 13th in the 2024 recruiting class, and the 10th 4-or-5-star recruit; the Wolverines’ class currently ranks No. 3, though top-ranked Michigan football commit Blake Frazier has a message for the country: “We’re not done yet.”

Michigan football commit sends a message to fans

Today’s commitment was massive for the 2024 Michigan football recruiting class; however, it is not the only one that is expected this week. Later in the week, Michigan football could land a few more prospects that are expected to slingshot the Wolverines’ recruiting class over Georgia and Ohio State to No. 1 in the 247 Sports Composite rankings.

Following today’s 4-star commitment, one of the more vocal voices in the 2024 class — composite 4-star lineman Blake Frazier — took to Twitter to send a message to Michigan fans and the nation itself; it was simple: Michigan football recruiting is not done yet. Not done hauling in big-name recruits and pursuing a national championship in the Maize and Blue over the coming seasons.

With the Wolverines gunning for another Big Ten title and College Football Playoff appearance this fall, as well as the 2024 recruiting class climbing towards being the No. 1 class nationally, it is an exciting time to be a Michigan football fan. From the sound of it, it’ll only get more exciting from here.
