Thursday was full of reoccurring events for U-M fans: a men’s basketball loss and another Michigan football player entering the NCAA transfer portal. Offensive lineman Noah Stewart, a senior, is reportedly in search of a new home.

Noah Stewart is latest transfer portal loss for Michigan football

Next year’s Michigan football roster is going to look very different; in fact, the Wolverines’ coaching staff may see some notable changes as well, especially seeing as Jim Harbaugh is considered a top target for the LA Chargers and more.

On Thursday, yet another Michigan football player decided that his time with the University of Michigan has come to an end: Noah Stewart. The senior offensive lineman is a multi-time varsity letter winner and a two-time Academic All-Big Ten selection — he appeared in games against ECU, Indiana, and Purdue during the Wolverines’ National Championship-winning campaign in 2023-24.

After seeing action in all four of his seasons with Michigan football, Noah Stewart has at least one more year of eligibility as he looks for a new school via the NCAA transfer portal heading into the 2024 season.
