On Friday, a top-50 cornerback in the 2024 recruiting cycle announced his final four schools that he will be choosing from. Kenny Woseley, a four-star corner and top-10 prospect in Pennsylvania, included the Michigan Wolverines in the schools that he will choose from when the times comes for him to commit — all four schools are in the Big Ten.

Kenny Woseley includes Michigan football in final four

If you are unfamiliar with Kenny Woseley, let me catch you up. Woseley is a four-star cornerback (247) prospect in the 2024 recruiting cycle — he stands at 5-11 and weighs in at 170 pounds, and is ranked No. 343 nationally, No. 31 among cornerbacks, and No. 8 in Pennsylvania. Right now, there are four schools that are warming up for Woseley’s commitment: the Michigan Wolverines, Penn State Nittany Lions, Rutgers Scarlet Knights, and Nebraska Cornhuskers all still have a shot to land the talented defensive back.

On Friday, Woseley announced that these four schools are the only ones he is still looking to commit to. 247 has two crystal balls for Woseley, both for Penn State.

“It’s kind of a toss-up right now,” Woseley told Ryan Snyder of BlueWhiteIllustrated. “I would like to wrap it up before the summer if I can, but I also don’t want to commit and not be able to explore other things. I want to make sure I weigh my options out and do it the right way… I love Penn State… It’s not just from a football perspective, but everything Penn State can do for you outside of football.”

It appears that Penn State holds a steady lead at the moment, but as we have seen before, don’t count the Wolverines out just yet — there is still plenty of time and Michigan football is still in the mix.
