Jadyn Davis, the impressive five-star quarterback commit for Michigan football, is one of the most talked-about recruits in the nation right now. First off, Davis is an exceptional five-star prospect with a great arm and impressive running ability. There is no question why he was sought after by nearly every major program. Secondly, he is committed to the University of Michigan, one of the biggest and most well-known brands in the world. All of these factors have helped Davis break into the top 5 in ON3’s high school football NIL rankings.

Jadyn Davis: the crown jewel of the 2024 recruiting class

Jadyn Davis is unquestionably the crown jewel of the Michigan Wolverines’ 2024 recruiting class. The five-star quarterback is not only the top-ranked player in Michigan’s class, but he’s also the centerpiece around which the Wolverines are building the entire class. So far, Michigan football has the nation’s second-ranked class, only a few points behind the Georgia Bulldogs, who have won two straight national championships.

Michigan football NIL: Davis ranks among top 5

NIL news is an up-and-coming part of college football, and being only a few years old, no one is quite sure where the world of NIL will take the game. Despite being in uncharted waters, Michigan football has been using NIL to its advantage thus far, and Jadyn Davis will likely reap some of those rewards.

According to the most recent ON3 high school football NIL rankings, Jadyn Davis is one of the highest-valued players in the sport. The Wolverines’ 2024 five-star quarterback commit comes in at No. 4 in the NIL rankings, only behind DJ Lagway (Florida commit), Julian Sayin (Alabama commit), and Dylan Raiola (Georgia commit).

Close behind Davis is another major Michigan recruiting target: Bryce Underwood, a 2025 target out of Belleville High School, located around 20 minutes from Ann Arbor, MI.

According to these rankings, Davis has an NIL valuation of nearly $590,000.00 and a total of over 48,000 social media followers.
