The Rose Bowl will be played today, and while the Wolverines are locked in on their main goal — winning the national title — one Michigan football transfer is getting tons of new offers in the transfer portal. Cameron Calhoun, a cornerback for Michigan right now, is a hot name with a lot of national attention on him heading into 2024.

Cameron Calhoun, the No. 33 cornerback and No. 9 player in the state of Ohio for the class of 2023, officially became the fourth Michigan Wolverine to enter the NCAA transfer portal last week. As Michigan football preps for its Rose Bowl bout with Alabama today, Calhoun is getting a lot of new offers.

According to Calhoun’s Twitter/X account, the Michigan football transfer has new offers from several notable programs, including Indiana, Cincinnati, Iowa State, Arkansas State, and more. His IU offer is interesting, seeing as the Hoosiers have also offered other Michigan transfers, such as running back CJ Stokes.

While it remains unclear where the Michigan football cornerback will end up later this year, Cincinnati and Kentucky were two top programs to watch in his recruitment out of high school and could become major contenders this time around as well.

Regardless, Michigan football will be taking the field this afternoon in the College Football Playoff semi-final against Alabama, meaning Cameron Calhoun and his Wolverines could still win a title before he leaves for another program.
