No. 12 Michigan football came away on top in a game it would probably like to forget on Saturday, but a win is a win. Pro Football Focus released its grades for the 27-24 victory over Minnesota (2-3), and a few numbers stood out.

List of PFF Grades for Michigan Football vs Minnesota

Here’s a look at the full list:

Top Graded Players for Wolverines

Two Wolverines graded 80 or better for their performance on Saturday.

Junior tight end Colston Loveland had a grade of 82.2. Loveland had four receptions for 41 yards on just 16 snaps, all passing plays. One could assume if Michigan had a high powered passing attack, Loveland would be putting up elite numbers.

Loveland has been one of the few bright spots on the offensive side of the ball for Michigan this season, leading his team in catches (23) and receiving yards (228). Loveland and five other Wolverines are tied with one touchdown reception.

Sophomore defensive back Jyaire Hill was the only other Michigan player with a grade over 80 on Saturday (80.3). Hill had an interception in the second quarter and two tackles. Hill played 70 snaps against the Golden Gophers, which was tied for second most among defensive backs with senior Aamir Hill.

3 More Player Grades That Stood Out

Junior tight end Marlin Klein had a grade of 79.1, which PFF ranked third on Michigan. Klein is primarily a blocking tight end, as he had one catch for nine yards on Saturday.

Two linemen had a grade of at least 75, one on each side of the ball. Senior defensive end TJ Guy was given a grade of 76.8, as he had four tackles, a sack and a tackle for loss. Senior offensive lineman Dominick Guidice had a grade of 76.6.

Other Notable Grades

Senior offensive lineman Jeff Persi was the next highest with a grade of 73.9.

Junior quarterback Alex Orji had a grade of 64.7

Senior running backs Kalel Mullings and Donovan Edwards had grades of 67.7 and 66.6, respectively.

Senior defensive lineman Mason Graham was given a grade of 67.
