The 2024 recruiting class is really coming along for Jim Harbaugh and his coaching staff. Today, the Wolverines landed a whopping 28th commit in the cycle, picking up an essential position need. Three-star cornerback Jeremiah Lowe, a product of Lexington, KY, is now officially a member of this cycle’s impressive Michigan football recruiting class.
Another commit for Michigan football recruiting
Michigan football recruiting is currently ranked among the top 5 when it comes to the 2024 recruiting class composite rankings. Earlier in the cycle, the Wolverines were targeting a number of major defensive backs across the nation, namely four-star cornerback Aaron Scott, the No. 1 recruit in Ohio, who recently committed to Ohio State.
Since then, Michigan football has slowly been filling a major position needed in the 2024 recruiting class — cornerback. Today, the Wolverines added yet another cornerback to the class; this time, it’s three-star Kentucky cornerback Jeremiah Lowe.
Lowe had long been leaning towards the Maize and Blue, though this afternoon, he made his commitment official, further strengthening Jim Harbaugh’s current class ahead of the coming college football season, which will kick off on September 2nd for the Wolverines.
Per the 247 Sports recruiting rankings, Jeremiah Lowe is a three-star cornerback in the 2024 recruiting class — he ranks as the No. 84 cornerback in the nation and is the No. 9 player in the state of Kentucky.
