This week has been a successful one for the Michigan football NIL efforts. The Wolverines have significantly improved their NIL infrastructure during the 2023 off-season; this progress has become evident over the past few days, as Valiant Management Group has successfully facilitated five new NIL deals with Momentous, a supplement company based in Utah.

Michigan football NIL — five Wolverines ink new NIL deals

Earlier this week, we reported that Cole Cabana, a freshman star running back from Dexter High School in Michigan, had signed a new NIL deal with Momentous, a supplement company based in Utah. Since then, four more Wolverines have also signed with the same company.

Colston Loveland, a sophomore star tight end for Michigan football, who is expected to take on a larger role in the upcoming 2023 season, joined Cabana in signing with Momentous earlier this week. Loveland has been actively involved in the NIL world, and this marks his sixth recorded NIL deal this year.

Additionally, three more freshmen from Michigan have signed with Momentous: Benjamin Hall (running back), Enow Etta (defensive line), and Cameron Brandt (defensive line). These freshmen, particularly Ben Hall, are anticipated to make significant contributions in Ann Arbor in the years to come, with some having an impact sooner than others. As Corum and Edwards return to the backfield this year, Michigan is in need of a powerful runner, which is where Hall comes into play.

These five new NIL deals are a positive indication of the Michigan football program’s ability to thrive in the modern era of college football.
