Yesterday, Pro Football Focused released an updated 2024 NFL mock draft, which pins Michigan football quarterback JJ McCarthy as a top-five pick in the coming cycle.

So far this fall, JJ McCarthy has thrown for nearly 1,100 yards, ten touchdowns, and three picks, all while completing over 79% of his passes and leading the nation in QBR (94.2). Additionally, the junior Michigan football quarterback is yet to take a single snap in the fourth quarter this fall, yet he continues to post impressive numbers nonetheless.

Yesterday, Pro Football Focus released their latest NFL Draft mock-up for the coming 2024 cycle. In this new draft, JJ McCarthy is pinned as a top-5 draft pick, going at pick No. 5 to the NFC North’s Minnesota Vikings.

Ahead of JJ McCarthy in this new mock draft are names like Caleb Williams, Marvin Harrison Jr., Drake Maye, and Laiatu Latu.
