Yesterday, Michigan football recruiting held a massive event in Ann Arbor, MI — the program’s annual ‘BBQ at the Big House’ event — which brought numerous elite prospects to campus for visits. While Jeremiah Lowe, a cornerback in the 2024 recruiting class, was not one of the Wolverines’ guests over the weekend, he is now a heavy favorite to end up with the Maize and Blue when all is said and done.

Positive news for Michigan football recruiting in the 2024 recruiting class

When it comes to Michigan football recruiting, Jim Harbaugh and his staff have seen their fair share of ups and downs over the past few months. Yesterday, Michigan received some bad news as four-star cornerback Aaron Scott opted for the Ohio State Buckeyes in heart-breaking fashion. However, it appears that the Wolverines already have a replacement for Scott’s spot in the 2024 recruiting class.

Jeremiah Lowe, a 2024 cornerback out of Kentucky, is now expected to commit to Michigan football, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. His last visit came back in March, before the Wolverines really began to gain steam with the 2024 recruiting class, but his addition to Michigan’s class would be fantastic for the Maize and Blue.

According to the 247 Sports rankings, Jeremiah Lowe is a three-star cornerback, ranked as the No. 84 corner in his class and the No. 11 player in the state of Kentucky.
