We are now less than a week away from decision day for top Michigan football target, Aaron Scott, the No. 1 recruit in Ohio. For the Maize and Blue, Scott is arguably their top remaining target in the 2024 class, and with his commitment announcement approaching fast, it appears that he is still unsure of where he wants to go. While all indications point to Ohio State, the Wolverines still have a shot here.

All early signs are pointing to the Ohio State Buckeyes, yet Michigan football remains firmly in this race. That said, it seems unlikely that Scott will choose Michigan on July 30th, but according to this elite recruit himself, there has been no decision made yet.

“Only 6 more days until decision day,” Scott said in a recent tweet. “Mann even though it’s close, still confused about where I wanna go.”

Aaron Scott is a four-star cornerback in the class of 2024, and has been rated as one of the nation’s elite targets. According to On3, Scott is the No. 29 recruit in the country, the No. 4 cornerback in his class, and is the No. 1 recruit in Ohio.

For Michigan football, perhaps no target is more important than Scott right now — especially considering that the Wolverines could land one of Ryan Day’s most crucial recruiting targets.
