With the 2023 season rapidly approaching, the Wolverines have already begun fall camp, the final stage of preparation for a potential Maize and Blue national title run later this year. One of the most crucial offensive players this year will be Michigan football veteran lineman Trevor Keegan, who aims to lead his team to a third-straight Joe Moore Award, given to the nation’s best offensive line on a yearly basis.

Fall camp is officially underway for Michigan football, marking the final stage before the 2023 college football kicks off. This year presents the Wolverines’ best shot at a national title in decades and also marks the Big Ten’s final year of normality. In 2024, at least four new Power 5 schools will join the conference, and the College Football Playoff will expand from four to 12 teams.

Over the past two seasons, veteran Michigan football lineman Trevor Keegan has been an essential part of the Wolverines’ elite offensive line, which has set records and led the program back to prominence. Keegan has earned All-Big Ten honors twice, Academic All-Big Ten honors twice, and was a crucial part of both Joe Moore Award-winning offensive lines this decade. Needless to say, his presence in Ann Arbor has been instrumental in both of Michigan’s conference championship seasons in 2021 and 2022.

While Keegan has always been a standout in the Maize and Blue, fans can expect another step forward from Michigan’s long-time offensive line star. At the end of last season, he measured in at 6-foot-6 and 305 pounds; now, this Michigan football star weighs a whopping 320 pounds, indicating that this year’s offensive line could be even better than what fans have seen over the past few seasons.
